One of the most unique nursing centers I have been too. The atmosphere is very quaint and inviting. There is a lot of options for food choices, and a cute little café to eat in for a change of scenery.

Colonial Poplin is very clean and has a comfortable, homelike environment. Kim and her team are extremely friendly, outgoing, and professional to both visitors and their residents. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area that is seeking rehab or a long term placement!

My mother has been a member of this long term care community for 8 years, and it’s a wonderful place that she’s happy to call home! The care providers take time to get to know the community members personally and provide customized, compassionate, needs-based care and activities to entertain and engage to community members. I see the team members at Poplin putting their hearts and souls into serving this community, and I’m deeply grateful for all they do! It’s a very special place, and I highly recommend it!

We toured this facility for rehab for a family member and were genuinely impressed. The environment felt welcoming, positive, and well cared for, and the staff were kind, friendly, and super easy to talk to. Most importantly, our loved one had a very positive experience here, which truly supported their recovery. The entire experience gave our family peace of mind and confidence in the care being provided. We would definitely recommend this place.
