I can’t say enough great things about Carescope In Home Care! From the very beginning, their team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive to the needs of my loved one. The caregivers were not only highly skilled but also warm and personable, making my mother feel comfortable and cared for in her own home. They went above and beyond by assisting with daily activities, preparing meals, and providing companionship, all while maintaining a respectful and cheerful attitude. What really stood out to me was how responsive the management team was. Any time I had a question or needed to make adjustments to the schedule, they were quick to help and always made me feel like we were their top priority. It was clear they genuinely cared about providing the best care possible. If you're looking for a trustworthy and compassionate in-home care service, I highly recommend Carescope. Carescope has been extremely helpful in assisting my family get the right care for my grandmother. Sarah made my family feel like she was apart of our family with the amount of love and care she showed us. So helpful and really cares about her job. We used Carescope to provide "in-home" care for our father. The staff was very good once we worked out the scheduling (Need to call instead of emailing). Melissa, was especially amazing. "Thank you Melissa!" Oden was a wonderful caregiver and she took such good care of dad. She was also very nice, did little extra things, and was so very attentive. He transferred to a residential assisted living recently, and he will miss Oden. Overall, would highly recommend Carescope. Thank you to everyone! :) Teddy and family.

Sarah Ballard was an absolute joy to work with. She made our consultation to access our parents needs seamless. Her demeanor and professionalism and genuine caring spirt, were so appreciated. Thank you Carescope for being there for my mother. Caregivers are professional and and gave my mother the best care. They are compassionate and gave the dignity my mother always wanted. Without them I don't know what our family would have done. Her final days and hours were peaceful and gave the family the time to say their final goodbyes peacefully. Although they are not medical professionals they work side by side with the hospice team. Such great teamwork with both teams. Again thank you and we as a family highly appreciate and recommend Carescope to help our seniors.
