I'm so happy with CareMaster's ! They stepped in when we needed them most. The company we had at first-time, wasn't in it for us . CareMaster Medical has cared and went that step farther than anyone else we went with. There staffs care from the heart and put our needs first. Helpful in every aspect. We love being with CareMaster Medical, the name said it all . I would recommend them to everyone.

I engaged CareMaster for my elderly aunt for several years. I had dismissed 3 other agencies because I was so dissatisfied. Upfront I explained my expectations: Caregivers were not to stay on cell phones and laptops all day, were to stay in the room with my aunt, were to keep the home tidy, were to make her SAFTEY and CLEANLINESS their top priority. We had a few bumps in the road over the years because some caregivers just aren't cut out for this job. They either lack the skills or just don't care. Any time I called my contact the issue was resolved quickly and sadly, some caregivers had to be dismissed. But I must say I would turn to CareMaster again to oversee the care of my loved one.

I have known the Area Manager for years and I have claimants who have received outstanding service from Care Master. The staff are dependable, reliable and hard workers. They aim to please and will provide the services that you expect your loved ones to receive. They are known to go out their way and aim to please The families who depend on them. I highly recommend for the care of your elderly love ones.

My mother was bed bound for about 5 weeks and needed help taking care of ALL of her needs. We chose CareMaster Medical Services after speaking with the staff and having all of our questions and concerns addressed. We truly could not have made it through this tough time without the help from the CNA’s, LPN’s and office staff. They took such great care of her and gave us peace of mind. Thank you!!
