I just moved in with help from Irma Reyes. She showed me the different floor plans and the rest of the property. Maintenance is very helpful. Pool area and grounds are well maintained. Buildings have elevators.

Allow me to start out by saying that CareFree Senior Apartments in Natomas is a fantastic place to live! I found this amazing place over 10 years ago and lived here for 5 years before circumstances in my life inadvertently caused me to move out of Sacramento. It was like living in a resort community then...and to my utter delight...CareFree is just as delightful and conducive to luxury senior living NOW! I recently moved back to the area and automatically knew that I had to return to this beautiful place! I am impressed by all of the updates to the decor of the clubhouse and how CareFree strives to stay current with the numerous amenities and the stellar community activities. There is ALWAYS something to do here at CareFree!! I especially like that 'Friday Night Happy Hour' has continued, with one being a karaoke night, and various other themed nights as well! We have a wonderful, care free time here... because CareFree truly cares about its tenants and our wellbeing. The apartments are spacious and modern-day ready with efficient maintenance whenever deemed necessary. My wife and I absolutely love our villa apartment and are content to continue living here, while making new friends and enjoying our precious senior years! I can honestly say that CareFree Senior Living Apartments is a community of loving care, life long friendships and tons of FUN!!!!

I have lived at Carefree Natomas for 5 years. I like the beautiful grounds, the many activities, and my cozy studio apartment. I"ve been involved as a volunteer the past 3 years and have been able to meet many new friends. I made the right choice picking Carefree.

Great place for Senior Independent Living with planned activities and social events such as "Happy Hour" with dancing; music provided by bands and DJ; drinks refreshments, appetizers; and themed parties. Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service to grocery stores, shopping areas, Bank's & Credit Unions, events, and entertainment. I've been here close to a year and enjoying it especially the nice and friendly people I've met and have become friends with here at Carefree. Staff are friendly and responsive to your needs.

Greetings! I am a Volunteer at Carefree Natomas! I take the photos, for our Newsletter! The food served is impeccable! A variety of activities! The grounds are beautiful! Management, listens to the residents. I wouldn't change anything!
