Care with love deserves 5stars rating. From the receptionist to the HR. The HR is homely. I felt very happy and comfortable with her. She's a good listener . She communicates with care and love as its name. I'll definitely refer my friends to join this dedicated team

From the first phone call, the family and I have been pleased and impressed with the Care With Love team. They provided skilled workers within days. Most importantly, these workers consistently provided comments and feedback regarding our loved one as she settled into a new living community. Communication at the management level is also top notch. Bios of the aides are emailed to family, and emails are responded to promptly. The CWL team is on call extended hours and I have never needed to wait until the next day for a response. If an aide is running late, the family is notified while CWL tries to find a replacement. We have been tremendously pleased and highly recommend Care With Love!

The nurse is rude and has no bedside manner not able to take care of residents with dementia. Shaking fingers in their face. Would not recommend The snobby blonde hair lady to anyone. Watch your loved one when she’s around especially if they have dementia

We loved Shondra She was great with Tom, who has PPA Dementia . We enjoyed our granddaughter’s wedding 11/19. We were flying 11/17 -11/20 to Richmond VA from Omaha NE. Knowing how he was at home I was worried how the wedding would go with him. I called our health care company we used Tuesday and Thursdays. They were very helpful in contacting Care With Love in VA and we set everything up. It was perfect and we enjoyed our family at the wedding and reception. Shondra took Tom back to the VRBO after photos and part of the reception. Around 6:30 or 7:00. We were able to stay until the end of the reception. We all had a wonderful time. Wouldn’t have with out Shondra there.
