Atrocious “service”<br><br>Had workers leave, not wanting to clean. Had worker ask for meds. Had worker “wash” dishes left with food on it and put away dirty. Had worker that put everything in my cabinets after “washing” dishes, like it was a junk drawer. Had supervisor come several times to find out “how I wanted things done.” He told me he himself was coming to help. My caseworker asked him to do so.<br>When he came, he said he was only here to “find out” how I wanted things done. I told him, I wanted the food debris washed off the dishes. He told me he would personally see I had help, everyday this week. Have not heard from him. Have been with the company for 3 mos. And had 1 3-hour session that was done properly!<br>1 visit in 3 months!!!!! Horrible, horrible service. As a disabled person, I feel as if my “legs have been chopped off” by this provider!! Several vulnerable adult reports. Have been filed by my caseworker! They should not be in business! I am a RN, and disgusted by this company!!!!!

I'm calling around asking for information about a company do they have PCA choice so calling this company the intake lady was very rude and disrespectful , she wouldn't get my Business 😔
