My 24 year old son is a client of RCOC. We were offered personal assistant care and man oh man has it been a game changer. We couldn’t have asked for a better personal assistant than Jameson and Alex. The ladies who do the scheduling has been excellenty as well. Even though my schedule is usually consistent, I trust them to keep me updated and informed. My son has high-functioning autism and he never wanted a “companion” but Alicia was patience and provided us guidance in navigating Regional Center services. Her support has made the entire process much easier for our family we were very indecisive due to my son’s I unwillingness to accept services. Overall from the personal assistant & people at corporate Really know what they are doing and talking about.

I can’t say enough good things about the respite care services we received. Alicia conducted a thorough intake, and the process was smooth and professional from start to finish. We’ve been with them for over a year now, and I’m truly grateful we found them. The caregivers have been compassionate, attentive, and truly understanding of our family’s needs. They provide a safe and supportive environment, giving us peace of mind and much-needed time to recharge. Their professionalism and genuine care have made a meaningful difference in our daily lives.
