There's just something about the loving caring attitude of these amazing individuals at this company. I've seeing so many great things from the people that work for them. I would recommend a visit with them if your loved one is needing some assistance.

You will NEVER find a better Team than CareIV. They are very professional and always on time. Amanda is very kind and caring. She will explain everything that you need to do, and start you out. Tera, is super kind, caring, she has absolutely no problem fighting for her patients to get them what they need from a doctor. She will come in and work you out hard. Amanda and Tera were the only two people I would work with. Tera worked very hard to get me up and walking after two brain surgeries. The nurse they sent out to see me was Mandy. She was very clear as to what and how things should be healing. She helped me set up my medication and explained everything very clearly. I would recommend CareIV to everyone including my family and friends. Amanda and Tera are a person's best and biggest advocate for a patient and their family. If I could I would give CareIV a 10 star rating because they definitely deserve it. Thank you Amanda, Tera and Mandy for everything you 3 have done for me. You lady's rock!

My doctor sent an order to get my port flushed and my insurance pays 100%. When I talked to them they said "no problem we can do that ". A few days before I was due to get my port flushed they called me and said it wasn't "worth their time " REALLY???

PROS: weekly nurse was very good. can help get meds and equipment without a doctor visit The physical and occupational therapy is awesome. Really helps. CONS: this company tries to be cheap and deny anything expensive. I had to get a social worker that knows the health laws to call and demand they provide full services. (They denied certain services for months- yet when a social worker called, it got approved.) OVER ALL: I would try a different home health company.
