I recently had the opportunity to work with Care in the Home for my mom’s stroke recovery, and the experience has been outstanding. From nursing to occupational, physical, and speech therapy, the care has been professional, compassionate, and effective. Marianna, our nurse, is exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and emotionally supportive. She’s been a steady and reassuring presence throughout my mom’s recovery. The therapy team was equally impressive, developing a personalized plan, setting clear goals, and ensuring every session was safe and productive. Thanks to their dedication and teamwork, my mom has made incredible progress toward regaining her independence. We’re truly grateful for the care and support we’ve received.

We have had such a great experience with everyone who has helped with my grandparents' care. The staff has been incredible while navigating the ongoing needs we have. Each member goes above and beyond to make sure that the care is met. Although each member has been vital to us , we are particularly grateful for the case manager, Mary Pat. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent care to our family. She thinks of all aspects in my grandparents' care and anticipates their needs to be communicated to her team. Her coordination does not go unnoticed. Care in the Home is exactly what the name states. They make sure that high quality care is brought to each family member. This is truly exceptional care that is given at all times. They made my loved ones feel comfortable and at ease. I felt completely confident in their ability to provide the best possible care. I highly recommend looking into this business for their services.

My family hired Care in the Home for multiple reasons. My father was struggling with major dizzy episodes and could barely walk and had no strength. Mary Pat coordinated multiple services for my father. He had an entire team that included a nurse, a physical therapist and a social worker, all of whom were excellent! My father has made huge strides in his ability to walk, with cognitive functioning and regained strength. He has also received emotional support caring for my mom who has Alzheimer’s, and the caregivers have been professional, helpful, and top-notch in terms of being able to work with a senior population. All of the services my father received were covered through Medicare, which was amazing. Prior to working with Mary Pat, we didn’t even know those services existed. She has found us the right services and the right persons to help with a very difficult time in our lives and my parent’s lives. She explained everything to us, and has been so patient with my father, whom we adore, but can be very difficult. I didn’t know that there were healthcare providers out there that are this good!

We have been working with Care in the Home for years now. The schedulers quickly respond to our requests and are organized and accommodating throughout. The caregivers are genuinely kind and have good skills in caring for our Mother. Overall the caregivers are reliable and are consistent with providing excellent care for our Mother. Most importantly, we trust and feel safe with the kind of client care that Care in the Home provides.

We been with Care in the Home a few weeks ago, and our experience has been wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, responsive, and professional. My wife has Parkinson’s and is receiving both occupational therapy and physical therapy. Both therapists are kind, skilled, and attentive. They are constantly checking with her if she's OK to make sure they aren't causing her any discomfort. We're very happy and have already recommended their services to a friend who is also struggling with Parkinson’s.
