DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR 5-STAR RATINGS (probably fake to begin with). Hear me when I say this place is unacceptable from their slow response times, to poor cleanliness, to terrible bedside manners. NEVER send your loved ones here be warned. My mother stayed here and was afraid to remain even one more day because of the staff’s incompetence. It took them over an hour to respond to her emergency call after she nearly passed out. On another occasion, they almost administered blood pressure medication without checking her pressure, which could have had catastrophic consequences. Even worse, the facility appears retaliatory they seem to investigate anyone who leaves negative reviews instead of addressing the real issues. This is disturbing behavior and raises serious concerns about resident safety and transparency. To make matters worse, my mother’s roommate cried when she left because my mother was the only person who advocated for her proof that patients here often feel ignored and unsafe. An investigation needs to be opened immediately. Shame on this community for allowing such negligence and disregard for vulnerable patients.
