Had 2 hours home health left over and Derrick called on a Sunday, trying 2 arrange transportation, and after a while figured it was for homemaker services. Told me he would call on Monday 2 set up a time. No call, over the next weeks left 4 messages, 2 no avail. Left a message on the 25th if he wasn't gonna fill it, to give it back to ins co so they can fill it. Derrick called and promised 2 call back with an appointment. No call back, and on the 29th my insurance called and said that Derrick said "she keeps changing the dates and times" which is so not true. Messaged him, no reply. Told insurance Co he would reach out, not counting on it. Please return my 2 hours, or provide services.
