The staff appeared to be "mummified". Front desk personnel speaking of their men and "always lying". The printer that prints the visitor ID'S was inoperable and no one seemed to care.

My friend is a pateint here let me start by saying this the rooms are filty, it doenst look my loved one has been bathe in weeks everytime i come eveything is dirty. Some many safety hazrads. My friends cries and begs me to help find a new facility which we ar ein the process of doing the conditions are extremely and vile if someone doesnt fix this i will call the state and make sure.I was very disappointed with my experience at Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Communication with staff was inconsistent, and it often felt difficult to get timely updates regarding care and treatment plans. Response times to resident needs were slower than expected, and there were concerns about overall attentiveness. The facility did not meet the level of care and professionalism that my family was expecting. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this facility and hope improvements are made in staffing, communication, and resident care.

My Mom is a resident and my experience is that the food is horrible. Every day they have chicken nuggets, hamburger or a special. The food is always cold. There should be better variety. The staff are wonderful.
