The agency has literally become inexplicable since the new manager arrived; nothing is the same. My patient no longer felt comfortable and wanted to switch, and I'm thinking of taking my other patient with me. I don't like it anymore. That manager doesn't speak any Spanish, nor does she understand it. How is it possible that you put someone who doesn't speak Spanish in a community that's only Hispanic? Sometimes I go because I want to talk to Tanya, and sometimes she's not there, and she tries to help me, but she doesn't understand me. Tanya doesn't answer the phone. I always call her on WhatsApp because I feel more comfortable that way, and she doesn't answer the phone, even though she always used to. Lately, she just hasn't responded at all. I was here because of Maria, but I think I'm leaving and taking my patient with me.
