Well to start with they almost killed me! I had a heart attack The nurses came in gave me a Tylenol and a Tums and told me to go back to sleep that the pain would go away! I had to call my wife in order to help me get an ambulance was the most life-threatening situation I've ever been in in my life and they had no care or qualms to leave me lie there to die! I highly recommend you do not send your family members to this facility It is an accident waiting to happen! My family and I plan on following through with this eventually as soon as I'm well please please be careful!!

The growth of the staff is phenomenal. The time given to residents and families is known first hand. The team does whatever they can to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible. They deserve to be noted as one of the best facilities. Congratulations and keep going!!!

This staff was sooo amazing! My aunt was in therapy when we got there (with our granddaughter) so we waited in the family lounge. So, our granddaughter was toddling around (yes bare foot) in that room and let me tell ya, her feet were CLEAN!!! I was so impressed! What a fabulous place ❤️

I am writing this review based on my family’s experience with my mother at Cedar Crest Post-Acute following her hospital discharge for rehabilitation and physical therapy. Unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. From the beginning, the facility felt disorganized, and that lack of structure directly impacted my mother’s care. The primary goal of her stay was to help her regain strength, energy, and muscle through consistent physical therapy. However, during the roughly two weeks she was there, physical therapy was provided only once or twice at most. Instead of improving, my mother’s condition declined—she lost significant muscle mass and energy, which is the exact opposite of what rehabilitation is supposed to achieve. Medication management was another major issue. Her medications were not administered in a timely or organized manner. Many of the medications caused drowsiness, and because they were not scheduled properly, my mother was often too sedated to stay awake long enough to eat. This contributed further to her physical decline. What was most upsetting, however, was the level of neglect we witnessed. On one occasion, my mother called for assistance to use the restroom or receive a bedpan. A staff member responded by saying they had other things to do and left her without help. When my family arrived shortly after, we found my mother lying in her own urine, too weak to move or care for herself. This was deeply distressing and completely unacceptable. No patient should ever be treated this way. The lack of compassion, attentiveness, and basic care we experienced raises serious concerns about the quality of this facility. I strongly urge others to carefully consider their options before choosing Cedar Crest Post-Acute. What our family experienced should not be overlooked, and accountability is necessary to ensure no other patient is treated this way.

Today's visit was the best visit I have had since my aunt's placement at Cedar Crest Acute Care Center. The move to the 3rd floor showed us a very caring and interactive staff. My aunt called them all by name and they, in return knew her name, and joked with her. It brought a smile to her family visitors today. Thank you and kudos to the staff on her unit.
