This place is awesome! From the moment we got here until the moment we left, every person that we interacted with was friendly and encouraging and positive. The food is excellent, and Raouf is super engaging and very positive. When he brings you your food , he makes you laugh and feel at home. The doctors and nursing staff are attentive and they listen to you and are here to help you get better. We have had an excellent experience and are grateful for what Cardinal Hill offers.

The majority of my stay was wonderful and the staff was nice and accommodating. However, they do need more personal at night when you have no fall patients and do not allow them up yo go to restroom. I had several accidents in bed due to not enough help at night to come to my aid for bathroom duty.

From the minute that I went through the front doors I felt safe. The ladies that got me registered moved quickly and had me ready for care. The Nurses, Drs, Rehab and just everyone that works there was so very caring and made me feel so very welcome. At first I was so nervous about meeting new people and the nurse could tell there was a problem and he kept talking and kidding with me and it didn't take long for me to calm down and feel very welcome. The two weeks that I spent for physical therapy passed almost to quickly because the folks caring for you made PT more like fun than work. I wouldn't have to think which place I would go for rehab....Cardinal Hill would be the automatic choice!!!!

Cardinal Hill has such great qualities. All the staff are absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about them, starting with the care of the Drs, Nurses, Techs & Therapists; you guys are all number one in our books. They clean your room each and every day, feed the patients excellently, including those that deliver it to your room. I am so grateful for the opportunity we had to be blessed twice with your services. We highly recommend your services to anyone needing them and thank you so much for our care. We felt very much loved there! And we love you all as well!

I cannot say enough good things about Cardinal Hill. Being in the hospital 7 days and then transferred to Cardinal Hill for 10 days I received nothing but the best of care at both facilities. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who needs your services. You have such an outstanding staff who are so kind and compassionate. They are truly the best!
