My mom Elvira has being in the facility for approx 7 months. In those 7 months positive and negative things have happen more good than bad. This is the reason why I took one start. My mom is love from all the nurses she does not speak English and she call me everyday and tell me how her day is going. She had some favor nurses that she love I will not mention there name for respect but she has pictures of the ones that she does not like because they are rude.. she said to me that she love the place everyday. On negative side they had stole from her room her phone charges at that time I did not paid attention. But my mom likes to wear earrings and they stole her gold earrings from her. When I made the claim even though it was the weekend they did not care. My mom had mentioned to me that they had take some of her food that I buy for her. That I have no proof since my mom suffer from dementia.. beside that I can’t complain: most of the staff is very attentive. Mom seems very happy.
