When we first put my mother in law in here it wasn’t good! Staff had attitude with us in building 2. Lots of soup at night and she couldn’t have it and they wouldnt want to make her sandwiches to eat.<br>Moved her to building 3 and things changed drastically in a good way! People listened to what I had to say and kept me informed on med changes and stuff in general! My MIL loves the people in that building. They come in and call her “GRANDMA”!! She is so happy thanks to the staff!!!

My husband has been at Caraton Commons assisted living since September. He has Parkinson’s and needs assistance in almost every aspect of his life. The nurses and aids are great people and I can’t forget Kyla, the assistant director, who is always available to solve any issues.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. But I definitely do NOT recommend this place. They got sick of my dad not listening (he has dementia) and so they sedidated him and left in bed for 4 days (no food, water, didn't take him to the bathroom.) When we went to visit him on a Sunday, we forced them to call 911 and turns out my dad had a severe case of pneumonia and a UTI. He's been in the hospital since Jan 21, 2024 and then because he needed to stay in the hospital, they kicked him out of the room. I could go on and on, but ill let it here. Just don't do it, avoid them at all cost!!
