The office staff is extremely rude and have attitudes. They seem like they dont want to help with questions and are dismissive. Some of the nursing staff are rude as well, most of them just sit at the nurses station on their phone and when asked questions they appear to be bothered.

I hope they have better staff now. The night nurse was extremely rude the night my mother passed away. Her name was Dawn. We told the Director of nursing what had happened she completely just dismissed us. I would never recommend this establish to anyone if they care about anyone they love. Beware of this place!

Don't even deserve one star at all. If you have a choice don't bring your love one's here especially if they do rehabilitation.. All therapies are not friendly and they need more knowledge on how to communicate with dementia patient. Very lazy OT and PT. Don't know how to motivate the patient to understand what they want or need for their therapy.. Some nursing staff you can rely and some you can't. Office staff's aren't friendly and not helpful.
