My family and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and compassion that my aunt received during her stay at this Capitol City. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with dignity, kindness, and genuine concern for her well being. The nurses, therapists, aides, and administrative team went above and beyond to ensure that she was comfortable, safe, and receiving the highest quality of care. They kept our family informed, answered all of our questions with patience, and always treated my grandmother with respect and warmth. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive difference during an important time in our family’s life. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate and high quality care for their loved one.

I had no idea this place had a 4.5 star rating. You all must’ve paid people millions of dollars to write these reviews. If you were to go inside you would say condemn and demo all in one day. This place is the worst I’ve ever seen for a rehab center in my life hands down. It makes me sad to know that people really do life like this. The old people are in there begging for money as they push themselves around in wheelchairs.One person asked me for a quarter and another asked for a dollar. I thought I was on Alabama Ave walking past homeless people. And the people that stay there look homeless. And they are asking everyone that doesn’t word there to sign in and I’m thinking for what and why. If your love your love ones please transfer them asap.

I visited the Capitol City Rehab and Healthcare Center with a friend. We were greeted at the door with a warm welcoming and smile by Ms. Cox in Guest Services. She had a very positive attitude and was very helpful. The rooms and hallways were very well maintained. I was very impressed with the level of service we received. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends, if needed.

I had a really good experience at the nursing home. The staff was professional, helpful, and treated me with care and respect. The service was smooth, and everyone made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate the kindness and support I received during my visit.

Everyone are so kind and so attentive. Everyone is happy and friendly to keep the patients upbeat. If my Mom or her roommate push there button for anything, someone always answers right away and comes right down. Physical therapy is awesome. So festive and fun. I went down for group therapy and l had a great workout with them. My Mom actually participated. I would bring my Mom back.
