This care center has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. First, my mother's space in the hospice was dirty and staff was barely engaged. And then, to top it all off, after my mother passed away, on July 1st I was told I would be getting a refund of $8000. Since that time, I have called multiple times and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone in billing. Every time I call, the voicemail is full, and no one answers. It has been nearly four months, and I have received no payment and no way to contact anyone about it. It's a terrible place.

The staff here are so wonderful and caring, they’re easy to work with and answer questions thoroughly. Palisade is such a cute town and you can enjoy all the seasons while visiting your loved ones. Staff become Family here.

My mother's care was excellent! I can't say enough about the staff. They were always attentive and compassionate not just to my mom but to her whole family. It was a very hard but necessary decision to put my mom in a home and it turned out to the best thing we could have done. The employees are very happy and positive as are the residents. I will miss each and everyone of them. I highly recommend this place.

My Grandma lives here. She has been here for about 2 years.Everywhere has its issues and this isn’t the newest building but it is a great place for your loved one. The staff are so amazing with the patients and very welcoming to us. The employees will do whatever it takes to ensure we are satisfied with my Grandmas care and she is happy. The occasions we have been concerned about something with the facility it has been followed up on and resolved right away. It’s clean and doesn’t give the hospital feel as you would think a nursing home would. We have absolutely no complaints on Orchard Valley. They have been amazing to my Grandma and my family.
