After experiencing the horrible care and environments of 3 other long term care nursing facilities, we are THRILLED with Canton Oaks! My father is extremely happy, well cared for and CLEAN always, food is good and he enjoys every meal! The staff does their best to keep a positive, engaging, active environment for their residents. My father is always doing something with his friends there. The facility does not stink, is always clean and well maintained. Resident rooms are comfortable in sizing, large windows to enjoy the sun, large meeting areas for plenty of space to visit outside of the regular rooms. Staff has worked hard to help my father stay healthy after a rough few months of sickness. Very pleased overall with where he is now and so is he. He calls it the "Ritz Carlton"! We have no plans of moving him anywhere else as long as the great care and environment continues. :-)
