Thought it would be a good place but my grand mother has had medical incidents due to the staff not giving her medication on time. Also feeds them terrible food and rarely gives her showers. I respect a few of the workers but some are terrible and rude. Honestly for taking her whole monthly check it’s not worth it at all. May have to seek legal support to do something about this. They are risking these poor people’s lives due to pure negligence.

I read back on some of the old reviews. A friend's granny was here a few years back & they had only positive things to say. My Mom has been here a couple of years now & I have had only positive experiences, too. I go visit at random times, & it's NOT like walking into the home in Chandler & other places where there's a distinct smell of urine in the air. Country Trails has always been clean (not full of mold as 1 review from ages ago said), the staff are helpful & accommodating, & call me even for the littlest thing. My mother apparently likes the food because she wouldn't eat it otherwise! They assist her eating as needed. Mom cannot go to the bathroom without assistance, or walk on her own. She has never smelled of urine or lacked assistance. I feel very blessed to have such caring people caring for my mother.
