We recently visited Center for Nursing and Healing with my therapy dog, Maggie, and had a wonderful experience. Everyone we met was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and appreciative of our visit. The facility was clean, comfortable, and had a warm atmosphere that made both residents and visitors feel at ease. Maggie had an absolute blast meeting everyone, and it was heartwarming to see so many smiles. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and it was clear they genuinely care about the people they serve. We look forward to returning and spending more time with the wonderful residents and staff. Thank you for making our visit such a positive experience! — Maggie and Edith 🐾💕

The people who welcome you at the door (Melinda & Aliyah) to the nurses (Lateria & Misty) to the social worker (Alexis) and the wonderful gentlemen in the kitchen and their extreme kindness and concern on everything.. to the excellent therapist they have for physical therapy.. if anyone is looking for a rehabilitation place for your loved one, hands down there isn’t one better that I have found! The entire establishment has the most excellent staff of any nursing facility I've been to. And I have been to a lot caring for all my loved ones

I had the pleasure of visiting Canton and I was definitely appreciative of the care and concerns giving to the residents. I met the administrator Yogie who assured me my family is in good hands. As I entered she was passing trays and assisting residents. She was later heard singing up and down the halls. The building didn't have a smell and everyone seemed happy !

It is truly a pleasure working with Empire Care Centers in Canton. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and clearly maintained with pride. From a vendor’s perspective, that level of operational excellence makes a meaningful difference. What stands out most is the staff. The team consistently demonstrates genuine care and compassion toward the residents, creating a warm and supportive environment throughout the building. In addition, communication between the facility staff and vendors is outstanding — clear, responsive, and collaborative. This makes coordination seamless and allows projects to move efficiently. We greatly value our partnership with Empire Care Centers, Canton, and look forward to continuing our work together.

I can’t give a detailed review as this is only my mother’s first day at your facility. However, in the short time I’ve been here, the staff has been most helpful and accommodating! We are pleased to see that she is being supported and checked on. I hope this continues and I can give 5 stars!!
