This hotel is absolutely not worth staying at. I booked a room for my family of three through Trip.com. During the booking process, the reservation was made under my daughter’s name. When we arrived, the front desk refused to let us check in because the reservation was under a minor’s name, saying it was against their policy. If that is their rule, they should prevent such reservations from being made in the first place. After contacting Trip.com and changing the reservation to my name, we were finally allowed to check in. The hotel also required a $100 cash deposit but did not provide any receipt, which was very concerning. I questioned it, but since I needed to get my young daughter settled into bed, I didn’t argue further. Despite traveling with a small child, we were assigned one of the rooms farthest from the entrance. Even worse, the room smelled strongly of urine around the bed area and was clearly not clean. At check-out, I asked for my deposit back. I was told they first needed to inspect the room, and then they claimed the deposit would be refunded to the credit card I had used for payment—even though I had paid the deposit in cash. Days passed and no refund was made. When I contacted them again, I was told I had to return to the hotel in person on the same day to collect the cash, otherwise they would not refund it. This experience felt extremely dishonest and unprofessional. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, our stay here was not a good experience. The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk staff was kind and did move us right away after we complained about people smoking weed under our room. After that, everything went downhill. The entire property smelled like weed, and the hotel itself felt very run down. The bedding was uncomfortable — basically just two sheets with a very thin comforter. There’s also nothing really nearby, no convenient stores or places within walking distance. To make matters worse, the power went out during our stay, and the worst part was seeing a huge rat outside the hotel. That completely did it for me. You definitely get what you pay for here. Never again will I choose a cheaper hotel just to save money.

Room was clean and property was pretty quiet, front desk staff was polite, and allowed for an early check in with extra deposit (based on room availability). The breakfast nook was appreciated although if you are a solo traveler with an animal you cannot take advantage of it. If you have someone to watch your animal while getting a to-go plate it's fine though, of course. Housekeeping staff was polite and quick, which was appreciated as well. No issues with the key card. TV is OK, fridge & microwave are appreciated and were in working order, and the room had a mini coffee maker. All in all, I would recommend this hotel over nearby ones if it's within your budget. Quick edit just for clarity.

This was my first time staying at this location, and while there was quite a bit of noise and some unnecessary drama, I chose to stay focused, keep to myself, and still made the most of my visit. I do want to note that the rooms were surprisingly clean much cleaner than I expected which was a positive aspect of my stay. My main concern was the overall atmosphere. The staff tend to be very serious and not particularly warm, which I understand may be influenced by the type of clientele they often deal with. However, energy and environment are important to me, especially when I’m traveling for work. I did give the property a second chance, but I don’t see myself returning. I typically invest in more upscale, quieter stays so I can maintain focus and productivity. Overall, I have mixed impressions of this location. It may work well for some guests, but it’s ultimately a place you have to experience and evaluate for yourself.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We received such a warm welcome from the front desk attendant, Monica, who truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings, which was a great start to our days, and the on-site charging station was a huge plus for our rental car. The location was perfect, and Monica went above and beyond by recommending some fantastic restaurants and shopping spots nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant visit!
