Between both parents the Canal View was part of our family for over 7 consecutive years and we couldn’t have had better care, love and support for them. The leadership and staff are wonderful! Thank you for all that you did for both Alice and Slugger Slusarzyk.

Our family can’t say enough good things about the care Woodland Haven has provided for our dad. Everyone on the entire team, from business to caregivers to maintenance etc have made the very difficult transition from at home care to full time residential living as good as possible. We are very thankful as we know we couldn’t provide the levels of care that they do at home. Thank you.

This is one of the most AMAZING facility’s! My grandma lived here for almost five years before her passing in woodland haven area! All the staff were extremely amazing and were there for whatever my mother and I needed! They allowed us to help with my grandma in any situation and I got to know and love every single resident there! Spending every day almost all day there their staff was ALWAYS in great spirits and loved seeing us with my grandma! I’ll NEVER FORGET the staff and the amazing facility that my grandma called home! Thank you to all the staff that held and will forever hold a special place in our hearts! 🥰

Incompetent!!! I went to visit my aunt this evening, after someone contacted my mother about end of life wishes. They said my aunt wouldn't eat. She has had problems swallowing. All her food is supposed to be cut into small bite size pieces. Definitely not being done and I have photos. They are literally starving my aunt to death. They are incompetent and uncaring. I will be reporting them for their neglect. Check on your loved ones.

Staff needs improvement.. When you visit enough you notice they only "play nice" when family is around. I've seen my grandma with dementia sleeping in the dining room by herself at least an hour past all clean up and other residents have been moved back to their room.. They are understaffed and the bare minimum is being done.. Please check on your family more often and you will see what I'm talking about.. Especially when your visits are usually on a schedule then all appears to be normal.. It was past 2pm and their beds weren't even made yet.. Meaning my grandparents are in a room together..
