The staff truly treats the residents like family, showing kindness, compassion and patience. A special thank you to Sandra, the Admission Director, who goes above and beyond in every way. She is hands-on and attentive-it feels like she's always one step ahead. Anytime, I've needed anything, Sandra made sure it was taken care of immediately. I like that they have a strong presence on Facebook. It's great to see updated photos and all the activities the residents are enjoying. It helps families stay connected and reassured that their loved ones are happy. It's rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such genuine care, but Cambridge Village does exactly that. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, supportive and loving environment for their loved ones.

This place is a joke. They over promise and under deliver. They never return your phone calls. My mother passed away while a resident. They say they have up to 30 days to issue a refund. Currently at day 38 and still no check. The funny thing is if you don't pay them by the due date they charge a $150 late fee.....so do you think it works both ways???? I am sure not..... Please if you are looking for a place for your loved one don't believe everything they tell you about the care because it is not true.

Although my mom misses the comfort and familiarity of her home, she is satisfied with the care she’s receiving at Cambridge Village. The staff have made a difference in her experience, providing attentive, compassionate support and always treating her with kindness and respect. Their genuine concern has helped her feel welcomed and cared for, making the transition smoother despite her feelings of homesickness. During my most recent holiday visit with my mom, I was impressed by the staff’s attentiveness, the quality of the meals, and the cleanliness of the facility. Living out of town, I find the social media posts reassuring.

My Mother was a resident at Cambridge Village for 17 months before she passed last week. I truly believe the staff was committed to the best welfare of their residents. From the front desk to the main administrators we never had a bad encounter, everyone was professional, caring, patient and loving to Mom. Every staff member that helped with her care was wonderful. If your in need for a great assisted living place call Sandy she'll take great care of you and get your loved one all set up. Thank You Sandy for all your guidance on this difficult transition for Mom.

Dad had to move to an assisted living facility after his long stay in the hospital. He decided to be on hospice, and we found a place that worked with the hospice he chose. Dad was unhappy there, and my siblings and I were also unhappy with the poor care he received. We began a search for a place where he would be comfortable and feel safe, insisting Dad come with us to see what he thought since he is the person living there. We made an appointment to visit Cambridge Village. Sandy took us on a tour, and she explained everything. Her professionalism and, more importantly, her kindness impressed us very much. Jolene made a point to meet us while we were there, and she, too, made us feel welcome, and let us know Dad would be safe there Dad loved the attention he received. That was on a Tuesday. He moved in Friday of the same week. The staff had a greeting party waiting for him, which made him smile for hours. He has been there for two weeks now, and is very happy. The hospice that he uses followed him there, even though they had not worked together previously. They are now firmly ensconced, visiting Dad 3 or 4 times a week, having excellent rapport with CV and their administration. The h ospice nurse calls me every week, and today she told me she can see how happy Dad is since moving to CV.. Eating his meals in a dining room instead of in his bed, which he had to do at the other facility, is very important to him. The activities Cambridge Village has for the residents are varied and inclusive. Today the men's club had dinner in the activity room, enjoying burgers and beer while watching an old western show on TV. Dad said they could have as much beer as they wanted! He limits himself to one, but the fact that he could have more was exciting to him. Dad is thriving, getting stronger, and enjoying the community that comes naturally, all while getting the care he needs and making new acquaintances, who will eventually become friends. If you have a loved one who is in need of assisted living, I highly recommend Cambridge Village. The atmosphere, made up of the staff and residents, is caring and welcoming. We are so blessed that two dear friends recommend we tour the campus, and even more blessed that a private room was available the day we visited. It was meant to be. I have recommend CV to several of my friends with aging parents who need to live where there is 24 hour care. Honestly, I'd move in myself if I could.
