Cambrian Center

Cambrian Center is an assisted living facility in San Jose, California, serving seniors and adults with disabilities. The community is situated in the family-friendly Cambrian Park neighborhood, conveniently located near Good Samaritan Hospital and surrounding medical offices, with proximity to three parks within four miles.

The facility was upgraded from an existing assisted living structure with both accessibility and design in mind. Retrofits include ADA accommodations throughout the campus and new fashionable balcony railings. A metal canopy system connects the seven-story and one-story buildings, creating a shaded and weather-protected pathway between structures.

Cambrian Center offers residents amenities including off-road parking, elevators, laundry facilities, a game room, a library, and a community room. The community features solar thermal hot water systems, seismic upgrades, new landscaping, and community gardens.
