Would not recommend this agency to anyone who truly cares for there love ones. Staff is very unprofessional and careless. From staff showing up smelling like smoke and alcohol, to staff showing up late without notifying you and at times leaving client unsupervised knowing client had brain trauma, staff falling asleep during shift and failing to do basic task like reminding client to take medication. Horrible experience, and Ms. Sophia who’s in charge is aware of these ongoing issues and hope she resolves them in a professional time before any other client life is put at risk.
