These people we’re so rough with my mom that they caused her to have open wounds all over her backside. The nurse couldn’t be bothered to be gentle with her and was extremely rough. My mom was afraid to say anything against the nurse who was extremely rough with her because that nurse was the only one taking care of her. The only reason anyone found out about it was because she had to go back to the hospital. Please do not send your love one here they will be in danger.

Mothers was there 14 days in rehab. They sent her home and she had a gauze on her back. I removed it and she had an open wound. Bed sore. It was not recorded and nobody was told. Do not trust any of them with your loved one. I told the director and sent her pics. She said she would investigate. Of course I haven't heard anything. Very rude staff. And im not talking about the aids.

I would not give any stars if it were possible. The outside entrance looked sketchy as you drive by the dumpster and debris. The parking lot does not have a good flow and is not well marked. The rails going to the entrance are in need of painting and the ash tray by the door was full of cigarette butts in need of emptying. The door I did not know was locked and you needed a code to enter. I pulled on the door and it is weak and flexible from people pulling on it to get it open. No visible security staff upon entrance. The hallways looked well kept but when we entered the room that our family member was to be staying in. Dead roaches on the floor, walls were in need of painting and had chips, scuffs, and black marks on them. The in-room air conditioner was in serious need of cleaning. The coils were covered in what I can only assume was filth and mold. Lighting was poor and the outer door into the courtyard would not lock. There was one young staff member that was very nice and tried her best to help. BUT, my family member need various medical supplies and equipment that they either did not have enough off or we were led to feel they though our family members medical needs were to much for them. One would think that a bed side potty chair would be easy to get but one was not available, so they got a bed pan. The leadership staff members were not receptive to our concerns off their cleanliness, their lack of medical equipment and overall attitude regarding our concerns. They were at times rude and confrontational toward family members that had not said anything to them. To say I would never go back is an understatement and there really needs to be some management adjustments along with thein-house maintenance crew. For the cost that our insurance pays, you expect a nice facility and a well kept and supplied facility. But if you cutting corners to save money then you are cheating both the patient and the insurance companies. My advice is DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS GO HERE!!!!!!

Literally ZERO stars. Do NOT put your family in this facility. There is mold on the vents, bugs in the rooms, doors to outside don’t lock, and the staff is rude! My 86 year old grandmother went here from the hospital and they couldn’t even be bothered to get her a bedside commode. This place needs to be closed down!

My sister was here recently and I would give zero stars except for the few friendly staff members. She had been there 9 & 10 years before and it appears there has been no updates or painting since. One RN was so rude three times back to back that I was actually afraid to leave thinking if she’s that bad when family is here, there’s no telling how she is when no one is here. One example is when she and an aide were in after a bathroom visit and my sister had repeatedly stated she wanted to lie down. This was about 4:30pm so it meant she’d have to eat dinner in bed which she was fine with. The RN was so rude to her and said we don’t have time to come put you back in the chair then back to bed tonight! Then she rolled the chair out of the room and hid it! The food was disgusting 90+% of the time - although the menu made it look good. The PT and OT personnel were sweet as can be - but seriously they got her 50 min plus time there and back per day and said that’s all they allow. So 23 hours in her room and she wasn’t able for family to take her out. The bedside commode had two legs bent - one so bad I couldn’t imagine putting anyone in it. The time to get anyone in there for bathroom assistance was so long she had at least three accidents. After two full days thank goodness my niece decided to put her somewhere else. The second place gives three hours OT/PT plus group therapy another hour l. It’s like a hosp setting where they see drs and the staff acted like they liked their job. It made my sister want to look nice and try harder. GHRC used to be a nice place but please don’t send a loved one there!
