I had hip replacement surgery on April 1, 2026. Christal Lewis was assigned to my case for home therapy. She is a fantastic physical therapist! Always on time, always has a great attitude and smile. She helped me tremendously. Today was my last session and I’m sad I won’t see her. I highly recommend Christal.

My husband’s dear grandmother was walking before she was sent to this facility. She came out with bed sores and never walked again. She passed tonight, 4 days after leaving. They also called to pick her up at 11 the day she was released and after arriving to get her they said the paper work wasn’t done and they had to wait until 2:30. Then charged us for 2 days she wasn’t there for. Pray to God your loved elderly one doesn’t end up here.
