Our family cannot thank Butte Home Health and Hospice enough for the compassion, dignity, and support they provided during one of the most difficult times of our lives. My mother spent the final months of her life facing significant medical challenges, and the team at Butte Home Health and Hospice consistently treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. Every nurse, caregiver, and staff member we encountered demonstrated not only professional excellence but also a level of compassion that brought comfort to both my mother and our entire family. They took the time to answer questions, explain what to expect, and ensure my mother was as comfortable as possible. During moments that were emotionally overwhelming, their guidance and reassurance helped us navigate an incredibly difficult journey with confidence and peace of mind. We are extremely grateful of the services my father has received from Butte Home Health Physical Therapy. My dad (who is 86 y/o) had a total knee replacement 2 weeks ago and is recovering well. His Physical Therapist, Michael Ju, is exceptional! From the very first visit up to the last, he is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took time to explain everything and answers all our questions. Maraming Salamat! (Thank you very much! )

My friend Heather got remarkable care from Hospice. Pamela is especially kind. It felt like everyone who came cared deeply about Heather. It was so comforting to have expert care as well as kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend using this service.

Butte Home Health and Hospice is the BEST agency by far in Northern California. Both the home health and hospice team are attentive and have wonderful communication skills. The compassion that they show their patients is truly from the heart, they are always going above and beyond to make sure that everyone's needs are met. They have Knowledgeable nurses who are wound and ostomy certified and they managed the IV antibiotics and catheter for my loved one with professionalism. From first contact to graduating from services everything was handled in such a welcoming, supportive manner that made us truly feel confident! If you or your loved one are in need of home health nursing, therapy, or hospice care I highly recommend this agency.
