Allouez Senior Living is a beautiful, warm, and welcoming place. The staff are incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly care about the residents. Absolutely loved Sherrie and everything she did for us Tom was always there and extremely helpful. CNA Jenn treated us like family Heaven has the sweetest, compassionate , empathetic personality The building feels rich, homey, and comfortable—not like a facility, but like a real home. Everyone was so helpful and supportive during a very emotional time for our family, and we will always be grateful for the care and respect they showed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a loving and well-run senior living community.

Took care of my aunt at this facility. Very pleases with the care she received. As the person in charge of her affairs the cost was reasonable for the extent and quality of care she received. Staff always helpful and I was kept informed about her situation. Any issues were addressed and quickly resolved. Highly recommend

I had the privilege of playing Santa at Allouez Senior Living’s Christmas parties this week. I was very impressed with how happy and engaged the residents were in each building; how good the party food was; and how festive the decor looked. It was a joy to be able to help make the celebration even more special as Santa. I can’t wait to do it next year!

My husband is in the memory care unit and I can say, he is treated so well by all the staff. They are all so kind and patient with him. Memory care patients can be very challenging at times, but the girls are so patient and treat all the residents as if they were family. I am so grateful and thankful for everyone of them!

Do not take your loved one here. My father moved to Allouez Parkside 2+ years ago. The facility was bought out by a new company, Frontida, the beginning of 2025. The new company increased my father's monthly rate from $5900 to $8450 and then told me we they were requiring an additional $50 per hour 10 hours a day to bring in one on one care. Let me stop to tell you my father has no cares. He has alzheimers but he can walk, eat, and use the bathroom independently. He needs reminders to take showers. They told me he was accessed by their nurses - but the nurses employed by Frontida did an assessment without ever meeting my father, without physically seeing him or talking to him. They falsified records saying he had numerous negative behaviors but could never tell me days and times when these occurred. I was visiting my father daily. They also never once gave him his PRN. If he had negative behaviors and there was a cause for concern the care plan stated to give him his prescribed medication. But they never did. It was not refused, it was not offered to him. They pulled funds from our bank account without prior authorization, I never signed any form saying they could. I contacted them and they said it was a mistake and we were listed on their bank spreadsheet - but they pulled it under the name of the former owners. No one at Frontida, not the vice president, not the director, not the nurses ever had an honest conversation with me. The company also blocked me on all their social media pages because I commented on their posts saying the post wasn't true. They show pictures of activities, etc, that were never happening. I also asked why they increased costs so much without providing any care. It's hard enough to see your loved one go through this disease, but then to have to fight the people that are being paid to care for them is atrocious. I have since relocated my father. He has zero negative behaviors now. That is not a coincidence. The owners of Frontida want to charge the highest price and then make families bring in private care and pay them out of pocket so the company doesn't have to pay for employees. They will also kick your loved one out once they run out of funds. Read that again. After your loved one pays this company all their money they are going to kick them out and make them find somewhere else to go. With no money.
