I would like to express a great deal of gratitude to the personnel at Excelcare. While no place is perfect, a little rocky at first, this facility turned into a very warm and comfortable place for my mother’s 6 week stay. Her physical therapists, Ally and Sam are amazing, they made my mom strong again! I couldn’t believe my eyes. They are top notch and treat their patients with such good care and motivate them toward their own freedom. Dennis is an outstanding nurse, so smart and knowledgeable. I’m mentioning staff I had the most contact with, but they were all very very nice and very professional and I’m sorry I’m leaving out names. I didn’t know everyone’s name. Meena in Recreation is an energetic, sweet person, spreading kindness and compassion every room she enters. Thank you Excelcare, my mom is doing great!

Meena kaman was warm Caring the person that we met at this facility. We knew she took very good care of our family member. We knew he was in good hands. Every time we came here. She had a smile on her face and greeted us so nicely. We felt comfortable she’s a keeper. Janette and Mark Farsetta

I’m glad my father’s in ExcelCare in Norwood. He was transferred there due to severe lower back and hip pain. Upon admission on a Friday the Manager Gusseppi welcomed him in with a warm smile. He was very informative and helped my dad settle in. We were a bit apprehensive, whether or not we should send him there, but after seeing this, it eased our worries. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Meena that does the recreation is absolutely phenomenal. She remembers everyone’s names, always smiling with a positive attitude. Her class was exceptional and engaging. I was very surprised that my dad wanted to be involved. He’s been there for about a week now, it seems like the rehabilitation is helping him little by little. Overall, great place & helpful staff.
