I went to Bryan County Health and Rehab Center today to visit a friend for her 90th birthday. Let me tell you the care and compassion I seen in all the staff I interacted with was phenomenal. Everyone was extremely friendly and happy from the residents to the staff and every staff member I came into contact with greeted me with a smile and hello. One person that really stood out was Ashley! She went above and beyond to make my dear friends day special.

Overall. I have been pleased with the facility and the care given to my sister. My only real complaint is there has been a lot of turnover. We would get a really good CNA, get to know her, and she'd be gone. However, I feel as if we have hit the jackpot with our newest CNA, Annette Tremble. She's has been wonderful. Thank you, Ms Annette and please stick around!

I had a horrible and very upsetting experience with this nursing home .I think about what my Grandma went through every day after we had to put her in here .She was put into the Alzheimer's ward ,and she was only there one week , before she died ! Of course her mind wasn't good ,so she threw her diaper on the ground and she told me that her nurse cussed her out for it ! I immediately went to the front office and complained about the nurse ,but nothing was done .In the next couple of days ,I went to see her in the morning and she wasn't on her room ,so I asked where she was ,and they said she had been having problems breathing and had an oxygen tank on her ,but never called me to tell me !! So,as soon as I got there ,they called the ambulance and rushed her to the hospital,I drive behind the ambulance, and when we got to St.Josephs hospital, the Dr said she was given too much blood pressure medicine and it caused her kidneys to fail ,and she was dying ,she died an hour later 😥. I still feel without a doubt that her nurse killed her .I really hope and 🙏 Pray she isn't still working there .Nurses should be kind and compassionate!

My mom was here the last 2.5 years of life and they were very good to her. The staff is very caring with the patients and family. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that it does need updating of the interior. I would definitely recommend it though!

This facility has been open since the mid 1990's and several of my family members have lived here throughout the years since it opened. My mom is now a resident here and they are just as caring now as they were when it was brand new! Their quality and care has never changed! You can tell the nurses and staff have lots of love for their job and the people that live here! They are the best! You will never find a better facility for your family member! Bryan County Health Care gets 5 + stars from our family!!
