I was at Bruceville Terrace for a month to rehab from a fall injury. They basically taught me how to walk again albeit with a walker. Everyone there was so nice! From the nurses to the physical therapists all of the staff helped so much. I am truly thankful to each and every one of them...

My brother was admitted to this facility 4 years ago today. The everyday challenges of his personal health is their primary concern. The quarterly meetings are very informative and presented in a way that you can really understand, instead of all the BIG words.... I’m not sure why this facility has some negative ratings, but my personal experience has been amazing. I visited several other facilities with much higher ratings before settling on Bruceville Terrace, and this one is better by miles. From the very beginning, Josh and Ana in administration were incredibly helpful, polite, accommodating and welcoming. The nursing staff are kind, attentive, and very responsive, and they have taken excellent care of my dad after he broke his hip. Last but not least, the physiotherapy team is outstanding—professional, encouraging, and dedicated. They work with my dad every day, and his progress truly shows. The facility is spotless and well maintained, with a couple of outdoor courtyards that are ideal for getting some fresh air. Having security on duty also gives us peace of mind, knowing my dad is in a safe place. Overall, this facility has exceeded my expectations.
