I called asking to set up an appointment to speak with someone regarding a rental for myself and my disabled daughter. The property manager Billy got on the phone extremely unprofessional and asked how old is your daughter, I replied she is 35 and I'm 72. He said only people over 55 can live here. I said your website states over 19 year old. He said I'll change it. I left a message for the owners no reply yet.

Property manager is very unprofessional & the staff is as well. Made my parents feel very uncomfortable while applying for an apartment. They got denied for no legitimate reason while there was open apartments. They should be trained to leave their bad attitudes at home before work.

I took 2 stars off because recently there's a new guy in the management office that wants to make a name for himself and is raising the rent $90 when it's time to renew the lease when in all the 20+ years my mother lived here it was only increased $20 to $30. Where does he get off with $90. If this keeps up for some seniors on a fixed income they will be homeless. This is supposed to be a senior housing development for people on a fixed income what are you doing sir? No one knows this new manager name because he hides from everyone and don't return phone calls. If this is how you're going to continue to be just get ready to have alot of complaints about Mr whoever you are. Update: you reply back to my review thanking me for my good review. Nothing I mentioned is good. Fix it.

My sister and mother-in-law signed the lease to move into a two bedroom while moving in their belongings, a irate crazy man started banging on the door demanding they open the door they did not, and wound up calling the police as it turns out there have been numerous complaints regarding some of the disturbing encounters people have had while in the community enclosed is the police report. Needless to say they did not move in and as of now, Brookview is not returning the money. As we spoke to residents walking around there were seven different people we spoke to who told us that it is not a safe community at all . The office knowingly, leased the apartment to my mother-in-law 83 years old knowing that a crazy man lived upstairs, who has harassed the previous owner for years. When I asked the office about this they said oh no, however, numerous residents told us that was not the case, and that they are lying. Luckily, I come from a family of lawyer, so we will be taking this to court.
