We placed our Mother here when she became disabled from Alzheimer’s. There is NO better place for your loved one! These folks just know how to do it right! Not only do they treat your loved one like they would their own family, but they treat the whole family that way. Mom has been gone 2 years now and we still go back to Brookstone to visit the staff and current residents there! We would only and always recommend Brookstone to anyone looking to place their loved one! Sisters who love Brookstone Terri and Dea

I’ve seen my patients in this memory care community for 10 years, and the consistency of the staff really stands out. That speaks volumes about their commitment to residents and the strength of the leadership. They do an excellent job adapting to changing needs, including hands-on assistance like feeding when needed. Having nurses in the building every day—not just occasionally—makes a meaningful difference in the level of care they can provide and how long residents can comfortably stay as their needs increase. Overall, this is a place where experience, compassion, and clinical capability come together in a way that truly benefits residents and their families.

Brookstone has a staff full of compassion, kindness and love for their residents. They also do many fun activities throughout the month and several family friendly events, too! We appreciate being apart of the Brookstone family.

Having a loved one move somewhere other than home is always hard, but the staff at Brookstone went above and beyond for my mom and me from the beginning. Love and support to the very end. I’ll forever be thankful for the love care they gave my momma. Thank you Brookstone Staff. -Charlie-

Brookstone and the people who work there are amazing, from management to all staff. My mother spent many years in their care toward the end of her life. When my mother was in pain and refused to take medication that she needed, I watch a nurse sit with her for 20 minutes stroking her hair and calming her so she would relax and she was then able to give my mother the medication she needed. Brookstone was always clean. The food was wonderful and they always brought treats, fresh baked cookies etc... to the residents. If mom wanted something else, they would bring her something else. They always had enough staff. Everyone treated my mother with respect and love. I was always informed of any changes in my mother's condition or her care. I could visit her any hour of the day. This place was wonderful and I have told my family if I ever need memory care...send me to Brookstone.
