Brookmount is wonderful! After experiencing several rehabilitation centers for my mother-in-law over the course of the past several years, I can’t say enough about Brookmount. I found the staff to be easily accessible and approachable. I felt they really listened. The physical therapy department truly was great on getting Mom back on her feet in order to return home. I do not hesitate to recommend Brookmount. Thank you!

This facility has an amazing staff. The nurses and aides are extremely helpful, compassionate, and truly caring toward their patients. Unfortunately, while my dad was staying in the south hallway, he witnessed a patient repeatedly verbally abusing the nurses and aides using vulgar and inappropriate language. After my dad was transferred to the north hallway, the same patient was also moved there, and the abusive behavior has continued. Management should take action and not allow staff to be treated this way on a repeated basis. The nurses and aides work hard and deserve a safe and respectful work environment. I genuinely feel for the dedicated employees who continue to provide excellent care despite this situation.

I have been coming in and out for numerous times every time I’ve come here I ran into a bunch of good staff They take such great care of me and nurses that treat me well. There is this one aid in particular and as she says Brook from Brookmont, she always takes care of me and gives me iced teas and snacks and takes the time to talk to me. I also appreciate Cna Jackie nurse Jen cna John I can not remember everyone but I am grateful for them all.

My father was in this dump little over 6 years ago. He died due to their neglect. The place was dirty and the staff was rude and inexperienced. They lied to us and said my father passed away in the bathroom other nurse said in the bed one said they held his hand other said that never happened. They never expressed their sympathy after his passing. No call to us to ever follow up. This place deserves no stars. My father would have had better care in Alcatraz. !!!!!!

My mom has been in this facility for about three weeks coming out of the hospital with a brain bleed and stroke. She had a lot of therapy at a hospital rehab and they did more at this rehab. I was impressed by her being able to go outside. I feel bad for people who aren’t dependent on self’s because one person wasn’t feeling well and asked to get wheeled back to room and a staff came and rolled their eyes. It is a pretty clean rehab. The staff is nice and the doctor my mom had. I’m happy to hear they will be like a hospital give list of meds when to take etc. upon discharge. The last rehab she was at just gave her saying this is all you need well not good for a patient and family. You need a list so there taken responsibly. The food is decent and tolerable. They have to areas inside like a dining and lounge. Lots of activities for patients. I was pleased.
