This community is most definitely next level care. My mother arrived July 18th on Hospice and sadly passed on the 21st. Each staff member that we encountered made us feel like family. My mother was treated with such compassion and dignity. Not only did they care for our mother, they each always asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. They brought in a cart with coffee and ice water and wonderful chocolate cookies and ensured it was kept full. I just cannot begin to thank them enough. Special appreciation for their unwavering support to Tisha, Julie, Sarah, Aprona, Allegra, Crystie and Alessandra. Each of you are what a RN/LPN/Certified Nursing Assistant should aspire to be. We are also forever grateful for Holly Timberlake, Chaplain, who walked with us during this journey providing spiritual guidance. May God bless each of you.

My mom has stayed at Brookstone Meadows twice for rehab—once for her foot and once after a heart attack—and both times she was extremely happy with her care. The staff are wonderfully kind and helpful, and the PT & OT teams are absolutely outstanding! She was actually sad to have to go home after her stay Because no one will be there to cater to her and fix her meals 😂 lol.

My grandmother spent the last 9 months of her life here. The staff was always helpful and friendly, and more than able to answer my questions. I'm very happy with the upkeep of the building it was nice, and not at all depressing. The staff that I encountered were all great, including the kitchen staff. It was truly a burden off my mind to know that my grandma was being well taken care of so well.

Here we go again. Woman sitting at front desk has no desire to be here. Doesnt even look up at people when they enter. She was openly irritated when she had to put down her fingernail file and page a nurse for me. Manicure set all laid out on her desk...nice. maybe a nail spa will hire her. Rather than get up shed rather sit there and have her calls unanswered to the nursing stations. Pure laziness and indifference. I have been waiting way too long for her kind of help. Not help!!

BSM is the best skilled facility in Nebraska. Every single person truly cares about their residents. They took the time to get to know my mom and adapted to some of her idiosyncrasies :). Everyone was very skillful, detail oriented, and professional. My mom especially enjoyed Justin and the clean fun joking they’d exchange. Not only is the care top-notch, it is extremely clean and inviting. The ice cream and popcorn are certainly a hit as well. I have been a nurse for 37 years, and working in Care Management, I’m quite familiar with all of the facilities. I also have experience with a very dear friend that was in the long term care area and the care he received was also extraordinary. I’m praying my mom can get back here in a few months when she gets her other hip replaced!!
