I wish there was a 100 star option ! Brookdale Redmond is top notch...Joe and his team of compassionate and experienced care staff are amazing. Moving my mom with dementia into a memory care facility was not on my bucket list...I didn't know what questions to ask, who to talk to, what resources were available, etc. I knew after talking with Joe during my first visit to Brookdale Redmond that I was at the right place. Joe not only answered questions I had, he shared information with me that I hadn't even thought of. My heart and mind were calmed, my fears of this new venture in my families life were no longer scary...I knew my mom was going to be in the best facility. I highly recommend Brookdale Redmond ! Thank you Joe, thank you care givers and thank you Brookdale

Horrible place. Horrible staff. My healthy aunt died 2 months after entering their care. And someone stole $200 i hid in her wallet for emergencies.

Terrible place!! My husband was in "Memory Care" in this facility, with serious dementia. I explained upfront that he was pretty non verbal, hard of hearing and couldn't follow directions and needed assistance with most daily functions. He was unsteady and used a walker to get around. Their idea of caring for him was to put him in his private room, close the door and then complain that he WOULDN'T follow instructions and was incontinent and because of this they raised his care rate several thousand dollars. He had numerous falls from lack of monitoring, two of them sending him to the emergency room. After a couple of months he was so frail that he couldn't walk at all. The shared bathroom smelled so bad that it would make you gag. His room was cleaned only once in the several months he was there. I have moved my husband to a facility that understands how to care for a dementia patient with socialization, activities, and keeping them safe!<br>Brookdale very top heavy on administrative staff and short of nursing staff that actually cares for their residents. Their financial department is also shady. Documentation was sent to my long term care for time my husband was not in their care. It was denied but because of this the reimbursement for the time he was there was also denied. Please do not send a loved one to this facility!!
