Management is trying to do a much better job than Brookdale did. Front office staff are willing to listen to the residents.<br>My biggest complaint is the food. Even though Ciel took over this facility in April, 2026, the food has remained a disappointment. One of Ciel’s perks is that they will provide “SPECIALTY’ dining experiences. I didn’t realize that meatloaf every week was considered a specialty food.<br><br>Otherwise, I think our new administrators are doing a good job.

Recently had a flood from a pipe break and had to move to another apt and they have been very helpful but the food remains the biggest draw back as it is poorly prepared and often poorly sservedll We have asked for changes for quite a while but seems things don't get much better ! We would like a red Sunday buffet not a mishmash and same things every Sunday! There is not imagination or interest in our food.

My mother in-law is not happy she was told in the introduction meeting that there is a head chef and the food is going to be really good and it's not it is very very disappointing. Ex menu says pork loin what comes out of the kitchen is a very thin overcooked breaded pork chop big difference.
