They lure you in by putting your love one on the first floor where they receive attention and care, then your love one is moved within a days notice to another floor without the appropriate staff to accommodate the patients. My dad had bed sores and the administration didn’t return my calls. Then to add insult to injury when my dad passed, my brother went there to get his clothes, they told. Him they put the clothes in storage and they would have to retrieve them, I let them know before visiting and they gave me a bag of someone else’s clothes. The receptionist was rude and had no empathy. I witness a new patient who had dementia the same day she was admitted her jewelry was missing

This place is one of the best around. It was not easy choosing a place but Jaclyn, social service directive was extraordinary. She explained the whole process of my relatives stay. She is passionate, warm hearted and truly pleasant. I see her go above and beyond for my relative as well as other relatives and patients at the facility. She always gets back to you and responds attentively to emails that are sent even if it’s 1 am in the morning!! She reassured my family and I throughout this process. Jaclyn is truly a piece that holds this whole place together along with the rest of the team. Beyond amazing!! Thank you for all you do

I am currently a patient at this facility for rehab. I have to say this place is THE BEST!!! rehab, nursing and the cnas are all attentive and respond to all needs and to the call bells right away as best as they can. The Director Jaclyn Ryan is a very nice person. Always helping me with any needs I have. Jaclyn Ryan is surely the sweetest person. If you need a rehab place look no where else. This place is truly the best and I am a patient currently talking from experience! Thank you all for what you do!

I want to thank the staff for everything they do for my family. They go above and beyond from nursing, rehab, activities and social services. Always available to help families and always willing to schedule a meeting if not available to discuss any plan of care. Thank you so much. Thank you to Jaclyn Ryan , Rose and Mitchy for always advocating for all families and residents. THE BEST PLACE !!
