The rehab team here does a great job. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping residents make progress. The therapists are encouraging and easy to work with, and they create a positive atmosphere that makes therapy feel less overwhelming. The staff work well together and always seem focused on providing good care. Overall, it's a great place for rehab, and it's clear that the therapy team is dedicated to helping residents reach their goals.

One of the best nursing facilities ever. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and caring, especially for the residents. I’ve witnessed everyone at the facility being treated with respect and kindness. I love this facility so much for my aunt, she’s well taken care of and without a doubt, I know that she’s in good hands. Thank you so much for your service & kindness Bronx Center

I saw some reviews from awhile back that made me question if this was the right choice but maybe they changed something because it is very clean and the staff is absolutely outstanding! They have been going out of their way to make sure that we have what we need as a family and for my loved one! It doesn't look like a 5-star hotel, but what makes the difference is the care and the people, which have both been outstanding! I've had family members at a few places in the last year or so and this has been one of the best!

My family member has been at Bronx Center and our experience has been very positive. The staff are caring, attentive, and treat residents with respect and patience. Communication with our family has been helpful, and it gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is being looked after. We appreciate the hard work the nurses, aides, and staff put in every day to make residents feel comfortable and cared for.

I went to go see my aunt on the 6th floor and it was terrible. The whole building smells bad. No working elevators. Her room does not match the pictures online. Her nurse button does not work. The staff are nasty and rude. The didn't get her a new wheel chair cushion after she sat in urine for over 2 hrs in it. Staff member Sabina said they hose it down. They take her belongings. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It is a DUMP
