I was treated at Brockton Post Acute Care Rehab for OT and PT. The care I received at this facility was genuinely superb from nursing, doctors and rehabilitation staff. I especially wish to thank the CNA’s, activity department and dietary personnel for their assistance in helping me through my recovery process. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is a nursing home, if your younger then 60 please consider going somewhere else. Food is terrible, and not well portioned. Nurses seem more concerned with their breaks than the patients. Most often come in late patients go without care til they come in, know this first hand. My Fiance was here for wound care and often got told they aren't changing the dressing only giving meds because his real nurse isn't coming in til several hours later.
