Bristol Hospice was there for me 100% They walked me through the experience and were there for me if I had any questions. The nurses and staff were amazing, friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend Bristol Hospice!

We never ever wanted hospice involved in our lives, until we were introduced to our team at Bristol Hospice, they are the Bomb !!! We love their non judgemental personalities and they go out of their way to make sure that everyone in our home are ok !! Well since my post my mom has passed and yes ofcourse a horribly thing to deal with and proccess!! Noone knows if they are doing things correctly im assuming while dealing with there lose, im here to tell anyone who needs a really terrific set of people to guide them with knowlegde, kindness, and educated information, is Bristol, my team, Jessica, Desi, Wayne and April, and Hayley, You are all fabulouse individuals and I wouldnt have made it without your support !!! My deepest THANK YOU'S to the folks at Bristol Hospice in Klamath Falls !!

Haley was our hospice coordinator and Barb was our hospice nurse, assigned to help us care for my stepdad in his last hours. Both were outstanding. Haley gave us clear guidance on what to expect, and arranged for the equipment we needed to be delivered and set up. She even stopped at Fred Meyer to purchase the correct size of sheets for the bed they delivered. Barb was present to help us receive my stepdad when he arrived home, and to provide us with more detailed care instructions and reassurance. As promised, she was available by phone when we had questions later in the evening. After my stepdad passed, Barb came back to the house as soon as she could. She tidied him up, so he was more presentable to other family members who arrived a bit later. Once the funeral home collected him, the equipment we no longer needed was promptly removed. The care, sensitivity and competence displayed by Haley and Barb were outstanding. My family is grateful for their assistance in our time of need.

From our first contact with Haley to mom’s celebration of life the entire Hospice staff was fantastic. Wayne, Germaine, and Haley were there for us every step of the way. They even came to her celebration. What a wonderful team. Thank you for being so kind, supportive and caring, not only to our mom, but to the entire family.

Hi my name is Sabrina and my family has been using Bristol for about a yr. David is our nurse and we couldn't be happier with him. He is kind, patient and very detailed oriented. My grandpa passed away on Dec 1st and David handled everything with such care and he really took his time with my grandma after his death. He is also my other grandmas nurse also. All in all I'm very pleased with their service and David's compassion. Thank you Bristol for all you do.
