The dinner was good and the staff was friendly but I had an issue with supplies for the bathroom.

To much time is spent signing in. First time I can understand, but once in the computer it should not take 15min. Please adjust sign in times. Name or telephone number should be sufficient, that would speed up the sign in procedure.

As we reached the tender age of 91, my wife and I decided to make the big<br>move to a Senior living residence. We visited about 5-6 local residences in the<br>Rivertowns area and were not happy with any of the local offerings, until we went<br>a few miles East to Harrison and found the Brightview, still under construction, but<br>planning on their opening in a few months. It was worth the wait....<br><br>We now have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, living room and<br>kitchen and even an outside balcony. My wife was very happy with a "no more cooking"<br>future and I was pleasantly surprised that the financial numbers were compatible<br>with our currently monthly expenses....no more local taxes, H>O>A> fees.or T.V.<br>bills or gas & electric bills, etc. etc.,<br><br>We have met lots of new people and enjoy Cocktails and Dinner every evening and<br>often afterwards, entertainment, and movies every night.<br><br>The most pleasant surprise has been the B/V staff. the most helpful, most pleasant and<br>fun seeking group of men and women imaginable. They have a wide variety of workshops,<br>educational sessions, etc. and a large excercise room for P.T. or just plain workouts.<br><br>I am happy to make this suggestion...just call the office and set up an appointment, to<br>see for yourself.
