Hope is one of the most incredible caregivers I have ever encountered. She always goes above and beyond in the daily care for my parents and today she did more than anyone could ever expect after their basement flooded. Hope is a true gem of a person and caregiver and if I could rate her on a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 15!!!!

As the years pass, one partner cannot always meet the needs of the other. I'm almost 86 and my husband has Alzheimer's. When I initially contacted BrightStar of Lake County, I was so impressed with their thorough and professional approach. Torry and Jennifer came to our home; to me so important. They could assess us, our physical space and made arrangements for a registered nurse, Hannah, to come for a visit. If you want professional and compassionate care, I highly recommend this agency. They will do anything they can to fill you needs and truly care for you and yours. 💞

Brightstar of NWI. Is a great place to help you care for your parents. My wife and I took care of my aging mother who couldn’t live by herself. But both of us had to still work during day and the caregivers of Brightstar were just what we needed. The ladies that took care of my mom were kind and very helpful and the nurses were professional.

I am not sure what we would have done without Brightstar! Our Mom's dementia made it impossible for us to care for her without help. The excellent care we received allowed us to keep Mom with us until the end. Thank you Brightstar Care!

Takeita Johnson, walked in her first day and put our family at ease. It's amazing to see her continue to care for Mom with Love and dedication. Takeita's care is the 'prescription' our family needed. We have learned so much from her. Keep up the good work Takeita! We Love her.
