Impressed by this company and its welcoming staff: Rosalind provides care for my Dad in a way that makes him feel comfortable and happy. She’s reliable and careful, and she really listens to me as his daughter in terms of what he needs most. 5 stars for sure Thank you Rosalind❤️🙏🏼

My parents are both quickly aging and I needed to find help for them quickly and efficiently. Hours of research on line is not fun and they are in Mechanicville, VA and I live in Maryland. Anyway, after some 45 minutes of making several inquiries and contacts, I came across BrightStar and Allison called me within moments with full understanding of my needs, locally based in Mechanicsville and she born and raised there as well. I am having extreme problems with parents accepting help and Allison totally understood and shared having the same experience with her 98 year old grandmother. Allison has been in touch almost every week since my initial contact. Now, their acceptance of care is totally in the hands of my parents and one sister there....... The time will come and BrightStar will be my #1 choice! Thanks for sharing, Roger

Excellent patient care. Great organization and support from office. Would highly recommend if considering for employment or for caregiver, nursing, or therapy services. The BrightStar Care of East Richmond folks are compassionate, thorough, and skilled.

Our family used BrightStar Care for my father who had alzheimer’s. We had a wonderful experience with everyone involved with the agency. The care was exceptional !!! We had such a sense of peace knowing that he was always in good hands. THANK YOU, BrightStar !!!
