Do not use this company. Last year the aide they provided was misreporting the hours that she worked. We disputed invoices sent and even provided Brightstar with video evidence of when the aide arrived and left. They stopped responding to communications and sent us to collections for the overcharges. They are fast to sell you services and awful at customer service when aides do not show up or when you have billing questions or disputes.

I appreciate the help that Kayvon has provided my family.. Brightstar has gone above and beyond to help us. They communicate well and resolve any issues as well as answer any questions we have had. I would recommend them for anyone with a family member in need !
