Absolutely awesome place that really does understand the hardships of caregiving! To this point, my LO has been managed in a retirement community but should additional services be needed, Bright Star is who I will call first! Tamra is so kind & empathetic. When I have people ask me about home care, this is who I always recommend! Tamra is knowledgeable of so many resources in the community as well! A true blessing for the Hot Springs area!

BrightStar care has been so helpful in preparing for and taking care of my grandmother. They took care of transferring her long term care insurance and put my concerns at ease. Our permanent caregiver loves my grandmother and helps her with her personal care needs. I would recommend BrightStar to anyone looking for in-home care for a loved one.

My week long experience with the folks at Bright Star in Hot Springs, AR was outstanding. From the moment we worked out a daily care giver schedule to equipment sharing to adjusting the schedule, all was handled in a professional and competent way. I would highly recommend Bright Star for any home care need. I am a recent amputee and needed daily assistance with showering and dressing.
